Current staging sets mandatory criteria.

The programme currently states that applicants must be formally established and operating in Suriname in non-extractive industries, registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, classified as an SME, hold any legally required business licence, and have an approved Export Marketing Plan.

Current staging states that approved applicants generally pay suppliers first and are reimbursed through the Nationale Ontwikkelingsbank (NOB), with advance payments potentially available for approved Trade Fair Attendance or Product Testing/Certification cases.
